Coming Home and Gift #8

Mes not blogging about coming home today...
This happened...
There was some of this going on
And some of this
And after taking the whole tap deck apart and changing some o-rings and washers
Mommy gotted it back together and now its working...
But it tooked her a really long time so there was no time to do my blog...
Mes thinks mes will forgives here!
Mes HATES water all over the floor!!!


Now here is Gift #8

    Si and Am are my favorite. For some reason, the Siamese cat song has always been stuck in my head ... but on a whim, I found it and played it online and it was REALLY stuck in my head for a couple months. I know better now ... but I still think that part of Lady and the Tramp is one of the best parts EVER.

    Nellie I'm glad you were home from your trip in time to keep your Mom calm about the flood and for her to get it fixed! Having you there cheering her on was just what she needed - I know she missed you a LOT. WE love Gift #8 just as we have all the others...you are such a WISE and beautiful girl.

    OH tell your mommy that once that happened to her, and it was summer so the window was open in the kitchen where it happened. She had two toddler favorite brothers in the house at that time so she couldn't leave and, she had her hand over the gushing water. (no, that didn't help a bit). She saw a neighbor three doors up across the street, a man, and shouted out the window for help. They man actually paid attention and came over. Mom didn't know where the main turn off was for the water nor did she have a manhole wrench. But the man luckily did and ran to his house to get one...he helped. Mommy called the plumber after the water was shut off. Whew, Nellie. You are VERY fortunate to have such a clever mommy. XXOO

    Those kind of plumbing issues are not fun at all...we know too well from our own recent experiences...glad your furry clevfur Mommy gotted it all fixed and ready to bring nice fresh water where it belongs and not on the floor.

    That is a great gift, Nellie! So true!
