My Campaigning is OVER!!!

Here in Vancouver, it is wet and cold.

Mes is DREAMING of hot sun and sand!!! 

Mes needs a vacation.

Here is a picture of the wrap up pawty for Smoke and Joe's run for President and Vice President!

The whole sign crew was there! So was Kong!

But Sheila, the sheep who piloted the Joe and Smoke Balloon is on her way back to Austrialia!

 Mes had a whole bunch of fun! 

Starting back in May - almost every Thursday mes travelled the USA with Smoke and Joe visiting lots of our furrends as well as getting the word out about Pets In Politics!

My purrsonal high point was the debate!!!! Mes KNEW that Joe would blow the Hill and the RUMP out and he did!!!

The Smoke and Jo Campaign - Pre-Debate

It has been a busy week at Casa Nellie!

First Jo Jo and mes fought over who was the worst dressed....

Wes arranged for a mock debate for Joe and our cardboard Rump was either spinning or falling over....

And Kozmo went overboard typing up the questions that wes wanted the other candidates to answer!!!

Purrsonally, mes thinks he was trying to impress one of the sign cats who was helping out!

She was answering the phone. Wes has had so many calls since Kong joined us in New York!!!

As a matter of fact, hes going to bes the Moderator!

Mes has been working with him on his temper. Hes got so incensed at the spinning Rump that he eated his head!

On The Campaign Trail in Kansas!

This week mes thought me would goes to the CENTER of the continental USA. 

It is Labanon Kansas and on my way, mes stopped and visited some great furrends at A Tonk's Tale.

(click their blog name to goes there). Mommy just finished their paintings and mes wanted to let them know they was on the way!

My Grrl Furrend Allie and her 2 wacky brothers.

 

Maxwell and Faraday went a little crazy when mes gotted there...thankfully Allie invited mes up the tree where we could watch them goes all crazy pants. 

After a nice visit mes gotted into the balloon and Sheila tooked mes to Lebanon in the Smoke and Joe Balloon!

 

Mes had thought about taking my Motorcycle, but it is a 4 and a half hour drive and it is HOT HOT HOT!!!!!!

Labanon, KS is small, even smaller than Midway, it only has 218 peoples!

When me arrived in the middle of nowhere... the sign team meeted mes. 

First we went down main street.

 Us PIPs (Pet Independent Party) out numbered the people 20 to 0

We then went to the Center of the USA.

For mes and the other PIPs this was the bestest  location so far! Not too many peoples to try to pets us and wes really gotted the chance to bond! 

Wes had a great time and the guys at the Legion Hall was the bestest!

DNC - Philly - Here mes Comes!

A zillion years ago, a guy named Will Smith filmed a video in a Philadelphia field! 

And wes picked that field to lands the Smoke and Joe Campaign Entourage in!

The firstest thing wes did after was gotted off the balloon was put on sunscreen

It is HOT! HOT! HOT!

The second thing wes did was go donkey hunting! There is 57 painted fiberglass donkeys all over Philadelphia and 

guess who wes finded when wes finded the Rhode Island Donkey???

Two Presidents!!! George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Smoke and Jow loved all the paint jobs on the donkeys! The presidents was very nice, but mes thought they was dead....

 

Wes did get a chance to gets some banners put up!

When wes went over to the convention to sees how its being set up, we ran into another dead president.

 

He was hot too. 

Wes sat and discussed where mes could find the bestest cheese steak. Finally Smoke and Jo got mes going.

They would not let us takes any of our signs inside, or wear our hats or badges...

So wes tooked a picture and left.

Mes did learn one thing there though...

We then walked to the Philadelphia Museum of Modern Art and wes saw the Rocky Statue!

This is so cool! The Rocky Movies 1 through elebenty billion is our favorite movies! 

Our Pet Hotel has a All Rocky All The Time Channel and wes going to watch it tonight when wes eats Cheese Steak!

Wes walked over to Ginos Steaks - which is one of the bestest places in town and when wes gotted there, Joe, the owner, putted up one of our stickers!!!

Is this not the bestest looking cheese steak ever?

And it tased even better than it looks!

Mes is hoping mes will has a little more news about the convention as the week passes...but mes won't know until later. And mes hoping that mes will gets the change to talks to Hillary!!

Smoke and Joe Thursday! This week Battle Creek, MI

Wow! This week mes going to visits Pipo, Minko and Mr. Jack Freckles in Battle Creek, MI. for the Smoke and Joe Campaign!

Yous knows who Smoke and Joe is..They lives with Marg and they is running for President and Vice President! (Click to go to Marg's Animals)

Now mes been furrends with Mr. Jack Freckles forever and more recently his fur siblings Pipo and Minko, but mes  had NO IDEA where Battle Creek really was. 

So, mes looked it up in Google!

 

They lives surrounded but Great Lakes! Mes had no idea what to expect...

Mes DID knows me would be there in the middle of the Battle Creek Field of Flight and Air Show Festival!!!

 Yous knows what that means?

Mes bringed the NEW Smoke and Joe Balloon!!!!

When mes gotted to Battle Creek, mes was meeted by Mr Jack Freckles. Pipo, Minko, the sign team and one of Foozie's Mum's Sheep! 

Yes, one of their sheep stowed away and comed to Battle Creek to helps with Smoke and Joe's Campaign!!!

Mes thinks that is TOTALLY pawsome. Especially since Sheila (the Sheep) is a ballon pilot and will bes taking the balloon everywhere!

They even was at a street pawty and telled everybody about Joe and Smoke.

They had been out and about and pretty much had the whole town blanketed in signs and that meant wes could concentrate on the Ballon Race!

Mr Jack Freckles is a pawsome pilot and his co-pilots Pipo and Minko kept mes entertained with Meezer Jokes while wes gotted ready to play Fox and Hares! Sheila the Sheep was happy to take a break and she and Smoke and Joe went off to has some grass!

In the race, wes was way ahead of everyone and guys...wes winned!!!

Another victory for Smoke and Joe!!!

Yes that picture is of the landscape around Battle Creek! Who knew they had such big cliffs!!!

Thanks guys, mes has not ever had so much fun and it was ever so wonderful to spends time with yous guys! Mes can't wait to visits again!
