Tuxie Tuesday

This is my last Tuxie Tuesday for awhile. We are on our way back to Midway with Daddy.

Although we had a great time with Mommy in Vancouver, we missed our yard! Daddy tells me that the house is overrun with mice and that sounds like it could be pawsome hunting!

I know I will be having a great time when I get back!

I will miss Nellie though. I love her a lot and I have been spending a lot of time with her while we were with Mommy. 

Now I am going to leave you with MY Christmas Card as it is only 5 days until SANTA comes...

 Oh Yes...here is the picture of me that went on the card! 

I have been LOVING playing on the stairs at Nellie's new Palace.

The Tuxie Talks!!!

Hi Everybody!!!

It looks like Daddy is coming to get us this week. Mommy had a run in with Cinnamon and some ice at noon on Monday and her ankle went one way and Mommy went the other. Right now she has it up with ice on it. If it still bugs her tomorrow, she is going to the doctor. 

Looking at it, I think a Dr visit is in the books.

You know, Selfie Sunday has been around a long time...I wanted to pawticipate this week, but with the antics with the bed, Mommy never got around to helping us do selfies, so I thought I would have a try...gosh, Summer makes it look so easy, but its not!

Before we leave and go back to Midway, I thought I would help out Nellie and take a whole bunch of pictures of the new townhouse (she does NOT like all the stairs and prefers to be carried up and down).

First off is a picture of Nellie,  she is on her heating pad, on a pillow outside of the bedroom while Mommy was making the bed.

This is THE BED - partway through being put together on Sunday.

 That tree had some really good bird TV, too bad it was so cold, Mommy kept the blinds closed.

This is the bathroom that is i the bedroom. It has Nellie's water, food and litter box.

This is the deflating bed in the Sub-Presidential Suite!!!

I LIKE this room! There is a little cat tree by the window.

When you come down the stairs from the top floor, you see the eating room.

Right now there are boxes and not a whole lot of eating.

This is the view out the doors and windows in the eating room.

This is looking into the kitchen from the eating room. 

Right now all you can see in the kitchen is boxes so I did not take a picture.

Walking towards the front is the Living Room!

And Jo Jo made a nest of the sofa between me taking the first picture and going upstairs and when I came back down to write this post!!!

This is my favorite part..the CAT TREE and my toys! 

Usually Mommy keeps the blinds open for me.

And this is the view from the deck!

I hope you liked my little tour of the place where Mommy and Nellie live in Richmond, BC. 

I am kind of sorry that Mommy got hurt and is having trouble with all the stairs and taking Cinnamon up and down and out for walks. 

I know if it was just us cats, we would take excellent care of Mommy. 

I hope Mommy and Nellie take some more pictures of us before we leave and share them with you over the next few weeks before Christmas!

Last Selfie Sunday (in November)

Hi Guys!

Nellie did NOT get us to do our selfies, I waited and waited and finally I figured I would do it.

This might be Cinnamon's, Jo Jo's and My last one for this trip. Daddy is saying he might come and pick us up this week. Hes finally home and I guess while we were away, the mice came in to play!!!

First up the QUEEN!!!

She is on the bed on her heating pad. For the last week and a half she has been up and about...yesterday she PLAYED with me!!!!

Next - the irascible Jo Jo!

Except right now she is snoozing...she has 2 speeds...

Asleep and terrorize!!!!

And sister Cinnamon! She is waiting for Mommy to take her for a play before the rain starts (again).

And last but not least, MY selfie is a glamour shot for the lady cats!

Oh Yeah! Today is Gray Cup Day here (like the US Super Bowl) and I shall be watching my Calgary Stampeders decimate the Ottawa Red Blacks!!!!

Man Cat Monday

Nellie says I can have a Man Cat Monday!!!

Its been a long time since I did one and I don't think I've done one on Nellie's new blog.

Many of you may be wondering why Me, Jo Jo and Cinnamon are here with Mommy.

Daddy got sick and went to the hospital. 

Mommy drove to Midway and picked us up. Neither Jo Jo or me were interested in getting into the car. It took Mommy quite some time to find us.

But now that we are here, we are enjoying it! We like watching all the birds! The sea gulls roost on the roof right over the apartment. They are quite something to watch. Yesterday during a wind storm a couple of them hit the window and scared the heck out of me!!!

This is how I great Mommy when she gets home from work. And I follow her into the bed room for skritches. I also sleep all cuddled with Mommy.

AND I'm glad to be with Nellie. I love her and I missed her. I spend a lot of time with her.

Now excuse me, I think I need to do some manscaping!

Hi Guys! Nellie has not been feeling the greatest. She is old and the cold and rainy weather makes her feel very achy and she is not very happy about Jo Jo. Jo Jo torments her. She hides under the bed and when Nellie tries to jump off the bed to use the litter box, she attacks her!!!

This has led to Nellie peeing on the bed! And that is NOT fun because it usually happens when we are asleep. Then Mommy gets up and has to change the sheets.  One night this week it happened twice! Since then, Jo Jo is evicted from the bedroom at night and the door gets closed. But it does mean Mommy has been doing lots of laundry.

I like helping Mommy fold the sheets!!

 

Yes, I do use teeth and claws in the folding!!!

 

This is how I like to greet Mommy and Cinnamon when they come home.

This mat is where Mommy and Cinnamon stand when Mommy takes off Cinnamon's halter...I let to get in the middle of things....

 Saturday, when Mommy came into the bedroom after making Cinnamon's dinner, she manged to catch this picture

Its kind of blurry, but is show how much I care about Nellie. 

 As you can see, Nellie is a little peaked. I hope the weather gets a little better and I am laying on the bed and watching for Jo Jo. I am trying to keep her away from Nellie. 

Cinnamon is having a great time! She and Mommy are going for a lot of walks every day and she tells me she LOVES the elevator! She gets in the box and it goes to the place where the car is, or it goes to the main door. And when they come back, she gets in the box and it comes to the hallway where our apartment is! She says it is magic!

As you can tell by the look on her face...she is dreaming up some new mischief!!!

Mommy says there is only one more week before the software they are working on  gets delivered and then she won't be so busy...

And she can spend more time with us and helping us comment on our furrends posts!
